Why Bali Is the Perfect Plan B ?

Bali is known worldwide as a major holiday destination, but it is increasingly being considered as a great “plan B” – whether for burnout at work, a desire for digital nomadism, or as a safe haven during times of geopolitical or economic uncertainty in Europe.

Here are the main arguments why Bali should be on your list of backup plans :

Low Cost of Living (Value for Money)

Although prices in Bali are rising due to huge demand, it still offers an incredible price-quality ratio compared to the West.

Housing : A luxury villa with a pool and cleaning service can cost you a fraction of the price of an average apartment in Prague.

Services and Food : Eating at local restaurants (warungs) literally costs a few crowns. Services such as massages, laundry or a personal driver are extremely affordable.

If you want to manage your property in Indonesia for a long time or do business here, there is an option to establish a PT PMA type company. Minimum capital: To establish a PT PMA, an investment plan of IDR 10 billion (approx. CZK 12 million) per KBLI code (excluding the value of land and buildings) is required in 2026. The paid-up capital must be at least IDR 2.5 billion (approx. CZK 3 million).
